Throughout my career, I’ve supported older Australians and their families to stay safe at home and navigate the aged care system. I’ve also seen first-hand how everyday tasks - like getting up from a chair, walking safely, or reaching for things - can slowly become more difficult over time.

What might seem small at first can have a big impact on independence, confidence, and quality of life.

I also experienced this personally while helping my own parents and in-laws. I saw how challenging it can be to organise the right support and how overwhelming it feels when you don’t know what will actually make a difference.
