The product is identical to the description, but I have some points to comment on based on my experience with its use. When fully charged, it lasts at least six sessions of 15 minutes each in my case. It only performs hand compression; it doesn't come with anything else except for massage; it's simply compression. Yes, it has helped me relax, but I feel that it's not what I need for the problem I have in my hands. The compression intensity varies according to each person's sensitivity; the maximum level does not bother me; I feel it is a tolerable compression, and the heat at level 3 is not too intense in my experience. I do not consider it, like other people in their reviews, the best product for hand pain. I am a physical therapist and I wanted to try it. However, you can relax a little. I give it 5 stars because it arrived on time and in good condition, well packaged and without any damage.
